Dance in the elements
A dancer moves across an open waterfront beneath dramatic skies.
PROJECT NOTE
Dance in the Elements places a trained body against weather, water and open space. The dancer’s lines are exact, but the sky refuses to be controlled: dark clouds, wind and shifting light become part of the choreography. The wooden waterfront gives each jump and held position a clear horizon, turning movement into graphic form. What begins as a dance study becomes a conversation between discipline and the unpredictability of the landscape around it.
